To start

Assiette of fish
Carpaccio of salmon, smoked haddock chowder and king prawns marinated in lime
Sauté wild mushrooms with double cream and white wine, served with a rock salt and herb crostini (v)

For main

Fillet of beef filled with mushrooms and wrapped in parma ham, fondant potatoes, roasted butternut puree and red wine jus
Thai Green vegetable curry with coconut, lime leaves, chilli and chopped coriander served pilaf rice and yoghurt (v)

Desserts

Trio of chocolate: White chocolate pannacotta, dark chocolate torte, milk chocolate brownie
