Pan fried pheasant breast with Bramley apple, sage & calvados cream
Assorted mushrooms, herbs and cannellini beans in white wine & cream sauce

Cranberry & orange fool with a hand-made ginger shortbread
Individual treacle tart with orange & ginger
Served with jugs of double cream
